ValueAZ Vacation Contest Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed before the winner is selected. Click on or go to www.valueaz.com from August 1, 2011 to August 31, 2011 and complete the registration form located on the web page. One (1) winner will receive a ValueAZ Tucson El Conquistador Getaway Package; please see item #2 for a complete listing of the prize package.
   • ENTRY DEADLINE: The contest begins on August 1, 2011 and the deadline for entry is August 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m MST.
   • WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winner will be contacted via e-mail and/or telephone. If confirmation from the winner is not received within 24 hours, another name will be chosen for that prize. Only one prize will be awarded. Entrants agree that the Arizona Office of Tourism has the sole right to determine the winner of the contest and all matters or disputes arising from the contest and that its determination is final and binding.
2. THE PRIZE: One winner will receive a ValueAZ Tucson El Conquistador Getaway Package valued at $534.00:
   
   • The ValueAZ Tucson El Conquistador Getaway Package consists of
     • A two (2) night stay for two at the Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort (based on availability).
     • One (1) breakfast for two at Sundance Cafe in the resort (up to $50, excludes alcohol, tax & gratuity).
   • Prize is non-transferable.
   • Prize may not be redeemed for cash.
   • Prize will be awarded as certificates.
   • Winner is responsible for arranging dates of travel directly with the Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort. Reservations are subject to availability.
   • Travel must be completed by January 31, 2012.
3. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS: a) This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the, the Arizona Office of Tourism, Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort, Moses Anshell Advertising, Off Madison Ave, and their subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. b) Winners must be at least 18 years of age and legal U.S. resident in order to win.
4. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: a) Use of winner’s name: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation to Arizona Office of Tourism and participating sponsors, and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material for broadcast and promotional purposes in connection with the contest, if applicable. b) Release of Liability: By entering, contestants agree to release Arizona Office of Tourism, the State of Arizona and any participating sponsor, or its agents, from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the contest prize. c) All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. d) No prize substitutions: No substitute prizes are available. However, contest sponsor may, at their discretion, substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
