Ashurst Lake Complex

Missing

Located around 20 miles southeast of Flagstaff, Ashurst Lake is a great spot to head to fish for rainbow and brook trout or to go canoeing, windsurfing and kayaking. A gravel road surrounding the lake makes for the perfect bike path or jogging route.

Ashurst Lake is medium-sized, and it has a reputation for holding water even through long dry spells. There's a convenient campground nearby, where you can pitch your tent or park your camper in the shade and set out your lawn chair within casting distance of the lake.
