Eagar
Eagar sits in what we call "Round Valley" – to get out of town in any direction, you have to go up. Eagar is a bedroom community and is the home of the Round Valley Ensphere, the first domed high school football stadium in the world. This beautiful town on the edge of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest is a great place to live and work.

Eagar History & Culture
The town was founded in the 1880s by the Eagar brothers and was first called Union. The name was changed to Eagar in 1892. Its first settlers were Mormon farmers and cattle ranchers, and the lumber industry was also a major player in its history.
