Waddell
Waddell is a small community that traces its roots back to a citrus tree planted during the Great Depression by a farmer named Truman. The first tree, located on the corner of Waddell Road and Cotton Lane, stayed standing until February 2009. Today, Waddell is often considered part of its neighboring city, Surprise.
